Creating a special space for them to cause their skills to excel and thoughts to grow is what you would like to aim to do.
First, getting a space whether it is large as well as small , is the first place you start. The size of the room determines everything you can put in it. There are plenty of choices to make so knowing what kind of a space you've is what helps you make the suitable decisions for your child. For example when designing our first child's sleeping quarters we lived in a more compact apartment which had limited space so for the first bedroom we chose a toddler's bed. When we got such a house and had a regular size bedroom we decided on some bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The space you have to work with is the deciding factor.
Second, choosing a color for the bedroom should take careful consideration. You might question your child what they would like to possess or give them some color options. Giving your child a decision on their space, if they are old enough, makes them feel special and contained in what you are doing. Well lit colors stimulates the children's creative side, while much softer colors provide a calming effect. When choosing colors on my own kid's room at first I decided around the not so bright colors after they were a baby but then after they got older I chose happier colors and gave all of them a choice. Choosing brighter colours when they were older is the best choice. Try to avoid deep shadowy colors. It makes the light a tad bit more closed in the room.
